I am a photographer and video producer living in Nashville TN. I have over 25 years experience as a professional photographer. I work with several private, high profile clients. My still photoraphy has been featured on numerous album covers, promotional collateral as well as national publications and websites worldwide. My video work can be seen on broadcast televison networks like CMT and TCN as well as in the permanent collections of institutions such as The Rock and Roll Hall of Fame, The Country Music Hall of Fame and the Americana Music Association, and of course across the web. As a boutique firm, I offer print ready images and cutting edge videos made with the same state of the art equipment, cameras and software as large production houses, while providing personal, hands-on attention to detail. These images not only increase artist awareness but brand imaging and status perception. I grew up in Odessa, a small town in West Texas. I asked for my first camera when I was eight years old and have been shooting ever since. I began working in video in 2007. In additon to working the camera, I have also found a passion for the editing process. One of my friends and clients told me once, “You aren’t so much a photographer as you are a voyeur.” And in many ways, that is a very accurate statement. In my personal life, I am very outgoing and gregarious, but when my camera is to my eye, I dissolve away and become a spectator and a documentarian. To me it is a great honor to be trusted to capture these moments in time. And regardless of what I am shooting, my first priority is providing beautiful images that portray visual honesty. |
